Andes Mint Brownies

It's a no-brainer that I love love love to bake. It's also easy to believe that I like the simplest way to do things.
It was our last class of the semester and since there was only ten of us in the class I decided to bake Andes Mint Brownies at the request of one of my classmates. Easiest recipe ever. There was only one guy in our class, so when he walked in, his reaction was "No way! Brownies! Yessssss." So, needless to say, they all got eaten.

Ingredients:
Box of brownie mix
The appropriate amount of eggs, oil, and water that your brownie mix calls for
1 bag of Andes Mints (or you can use the already chopped up ones that are in the baking aisle of your grocery store)

Directions:
Mix together the appropriate ingredients with your brownie mix and bake until a tooth pick and be inserted  three inches away from the edge and removed cleanly.

Once you remove them from the oven, place on a pot holder or trivet and place the Andes Mints on top (unwrapped).

Once you have placed as many Andes on the brownies as  you like, take a spatula and even spread the chocolate.  It will take so time to harden. Once the brown part cools, place them in the refrigerator and this will speed up  the process.

If you are taking these brownies somewhere, I would suggest cutting them first, especially if they have been in the fridge. Cutting them is a bit hard. But it is so worth it!
